Robert started his career in technology research, before joining the world of marketing. He held marketing leadership roles with Mercury, Orange, Sky, Virgin, T-Mobile and AirMiles.
In 2005, he joined a direct marketing agency and spent time creating and delivering innovative multichannel strategic marketing programmes for Toyota, NatWest, eBay, Which? and Yell, amongst others. In 2007, Robert set up pslondon with Tony Speight. Robert developed the futurethinking© methodology and has successfully deployed it with clients including The Open University, Jaguar Land Rover, VocaLink, WorldPay, BMW Group and a host of UK Universities.
Robert leads all strategic activities and is particularly interested in how brands are developed with the future in mind, as well as how they drive measurable marketing successes. Outside of work, Robert walks Oscar the dog with his wife and daughters, tries to play golf and watches Arsenal''s latest attempt to clutch defeat from the jaws of victory.
