Peter is a director of Web Usability - a specialist UX agency providing user research, insight and consultancy in digital media with particular strength in the B2B sector. He has been directly involved in hundreds of projects either as a facilitator, project manager or consultant and observed thousands of users on all sorts of websites. Recent B2B clients include: Sony Pro, Howdens Joinery, RS Components, Kerry, Spirax Sarco, Renishaw, Watco.
After taking an MBA he joined a City based firm of management consultants before establishing Teamwork Consulting Group 1988, delivering a wide range of research based strategic consultancy. With others he established Web Usability in 2002 to concentrate on consultancy to optimise the web user experience. Peter lives in a converted church in Wiltshire.
