David is an award-winning luxury, hospitality and property brand ambassador with over 20 years’ strategic marketing experience. Before Fora he was at Value Retail the only company to specialise exclusively in the creation of luxury retail experiences and destinations.
Prior to this David was Director of Marketing & Strategy UK for InterContinental Hotels Group for eight years. Among his many achievements was the implementation of the Holiday Inn $1bn rebrand and relaunch together with the introduction into the UK of the market leading “Open Lobby Concept” designed to enhance the guest experience for both work and leisure.
Before IHG David worked with CALA and Berkeley Group luxury residential property brands, amongst other international brands such as Bacardi, BMI, Citibank and Ferrari, whilst his time as a senior executive at global advertising giant WPP PLC saw him work with brands such as Alfa Romeo, Amnesty International, BAT, British Airways and Mars.
